Leslie Higginson O.L.S., formerly of Grange W. Elliott Ltd. is pleased to announce that he has begun operating his own business, Leslie M. Higginson Surveying Ltd.

With over 20 years of experience in Land Surveying Leslie will provide Legal, Topographic and G.P.S. surveys for clients.

His experience in recent building projects at Queen’s University, St. Lawrence College, Riocan Centre, the Registration of Plans of Subdivision, large Reference Plans on the Kingston Harbour for Public Works Canada and a variety of other surveys has expanded his abilities in the field of Surveying.

He and his capable experienced staff will do a thorough Land Registry Office Title search, efficiently collect the field data using the latest electronic equipment and provide traditional hard copy plans with digital Acad (dwg) or PDF files if requested.
